Just being with me is the best gift. And let me tell you, we FaceTime almost every day—early in the morning. That’s when I get to see my grandkids and catch up with my children. It’s a special time for me, even if we’re miles apart."

"I’ve long since stopped wanting gifts unless they want to create something special for Bubbe, like a little painting. Those kinds of things make my heart sing. And you know what else I love? Singing to them! I make up silly little songs, and they just melt my heart every time."

The devoted grandma made a big move to Nashville, Tennessee, in 2019, but that hasn’t stopped her from staying close to her family.
